To be able to reply to your enquiry via email, or fulfil your order we require some personal details such as your name, postal address and email address.  We will only contact you to confirm and discuss your order details, to inform you of delivery turn around times if need be and to confirm when the item has been posted. My website is held and orders processed and fulfilled by Pixieset. com

To ensure our customers are safe whilst purchasing from us we do not store any financial information or personally identifiable information. All payments are processed securely via Pixieset (Stripe) to ensure your protection. You can view Stripes and Pixieset privacy policy at Stripe. com and Pixieset. com

The information we hold is required to fulfil your order and for legal requirements such as tax and financial reasons.

Your information is stored manually in a locked secure facility and used only to process your order.

How Your Personal Images Are Stored

Your images from your photoshoot are transferred from camera and computer and saved onto an external hard drive. This hard drive is stored in a locked secure facility.

By purchasing prints, services, products or digital downloads from Jo Rickatson Photography you are only licensed to use the images for personal use.

You are not licensed to create further prints, products or digital copies from the products, or use in part in any publication, portfolio, public display, merchandising, social media, website or in conjunction with any wording for commercial use.

PURCHASING PRINTS

Thank you for viewing my collections.

For any orders placed the order is fulfilled and shipped to you through Pixieset and print partner Loxely Colour UK.

Prints can be ordered in a range of sizes printed in a lustre matt finish. All print orders are backed on 2mm heavyweight card mount to give extra rigidity which will allow you to mount your print in a frame of your choice or display on an easel or stand.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following terms and conditions will apply on confirmation of an order placed with Jo Rickatson Photography. This is your agreement of the following.

Please check your postal address details and email address carefully when completing your order and use your full address. Refunds will not be given for missing orders or undelivered orders to an incorrect or part postal address.

Items can be cancelled at any point and refunds / returns with the right to reject within 14 days from placing the order. Please do this by email.

If an item is received and is faulty / damaged please contact me immediately.

Please take care when removing the print from the packaging. You the buyer are responsible for the return cost and I recommend returning items by tracked insured delivery. The item must be returned in the original packaging and condition.

Please contact me for any queries, cancellations or returns and I will do my upmost to rectify the issue.
